Contest Rules - General

Participation

Participants must go to the Chant-O-Fêtes Party Facebook page at www.facebook.com/Chantofetes and follow the instructions in the publication to participate, within the time slot mentioned. All our competitions are published via our Facebook page.

Draw

The draw will take place on the date and time mentioned in the publication and the name of the winner will be announced on the Facebook page of Chant-O-Fêtes Party. Only participants who have complied with all the conditions of the competition will be eligible. In the event that there is a tie between several potential winners, a draw will be made among them to determine the winner.

Awarding of the prize

The winner will then have 30 days to show up in a private message, otherwise another draw will be made and the prize will be awarded to another person. In the event that another person has the same name as the winner, the profile photo will be used to confirm the identity of the winner. The prize is not redeemable for cash, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The winner will be responsible for picking up the prize in store at 325 rue Du Marais in Quebec City, QC or covering the shipping costs via Canada Post.

Legal Notice

Under no circumstances will Facebook be held liable in the event of a contest-related dispute. Facebook is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the operation. Employees of Chant-O-Fêtes Party and the persons with whom they are domiciled cannot participate in the competitions.
