DEADLINES FOR MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF BALLOON ORDER MADE ONLINE

The request for modification or cancellation must be made 24 hours before the scheduled time of collection in store. After this time, the balloons will be inflated and no refund can be made.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER MADE ONLINE

Please note that a handling/administration fee of 15% is applicable to any return, refund and/or cancellation of order made online, including inflated balloons order.

The images, photographs, texts, graphics and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, the responsibility of Chant-O-Fêtes Party cannot be engaged in case of error or omission in one of these images, photographs, texts, graphics or characteristics of the products or in the event of modification of the characteristics of the produced by suppliers. It is therefore important to note that all images are for illustrative and indicative purposes only. Images may vary slightly from actual products.

Authorization from a Chant-O-Fêtes Party representative is required. The request for return, refund or cancellation must be made by email. Returns will be refused unless previously authorized. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

The following items are considered final sale and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable: inflated balloons, costumes, Halloween accessories, prostheses, wigs, shoes, decorations, makeup, masks, teeth, fangs, false hair, false eyelashes, false nails , hats, nylon stockings, underwear, crinolines, boas, compact discs (CDs) as well as all products sold on sale.

Shipping and return charges are non-refundable. Only the reimbursement of the cost of the goods will be made.

However, we pay the return postage if any of the following issues occur:

- If you receive the wrong item by mistake, we will replace it with the correct item and cover the shipping costs if the wrong item is returned within 7 days of receiving the package.

- If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it and pay the shipping costs if the defective item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.

Please note that any item returned damaged, with missing parts or without the original packaging will not be credited. Please check that you have included all parts and packaging before returning everything to us. For your protection, we recommend that you return your item(s) by Canada Post, insured with delivery confirmation. Chant-O-Fêtes Party is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages sent for return/refund purposes.

Once received, please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks for credit to be applied. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
